Service Description
Our Deep Cleaning service includes everything in our Standard Cleaning package, with extra attention to the details that make a home truly shine. We clean baseboards, doors and door frames, light switches, ceiling fans, and windowsills. We also clean behind and underneath accessible furniture and provide detailed scrubbing of bathrooms and other high-use areas for a truly refreshed home.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with 48 hours or more notice may be moved to a new available date; however, the deposit remains non-refundable. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment will result in the loss of the deposit and may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the remaining balance. Same-day cancellations, no-shows, or failure to provide access to the home may result in the full remaining balance becoming due. We appreciate your understanding, as last-minute cancellations prevent us from offering that appointment time to another client.
